• How far in advance should I order?
  We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice. Orders over $150 require 48 hours. All orders are confirmed within 12 hours.

• When is my order confirmed?
  Please select your delivery date at checkout—it will be confirmed shortly. Orders are finalized once payment is received and availability is confirmed.

• Do you accept same-day orders?
  Sometimes! Email or text for availability—we’ll always try.

• Where do you deliver?
  We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Oak Park and River Forest. Extended delivery is available for an additional fee.

• Do you offer pickup?
  Yes! Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–6pm. Address provided after confirmation.

• What happens if I’m late?
  A $15/hour late fee applies after 1 hour, and quality may be impacted.

• Please arrive at your confirmed pickup appointment. TGB schedules production, pickups and deliveries closely throughout the day, and late arrivals can delay service for other clients. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Orders collected more than 30 minutes late are subject to a $15 late-accommodation fee, payable before the order is released. Arrivals more than 60 minutes late may be moved to TGB’s next available pickup window.

• What comes on a board?
  Artisan cheeses, premium meats, seasonal fruits, and accompaniments—designed to be abundant and beautiful.

• Do crackers come with it?
  Yes! All charcuterie boards receive a complementary fresh bread and cracker board.

• Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
  Yes—gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergies. Just let us know.

• Can I customize my board?
  Absolutely—themes, colors, holidays, and more.

• Can I supply my own board?

  Client-owned board fills are custom orders and begin at the current XL board price. The board must be delivered to TGB for physical inspection before the final price is confirmed; photographs or client-provided measurements alone will not determine pricing. Boards larger than TGB’s standard XL capacity will be quoted according to their actual dimensions and required food volume. If the board is not received by the agreed deadline, TGB may provide the order in its standard disposable presentation instead. TGB is not responsible for preexisting damage, ordinary wear or defects in client-provided service pieces.

• How long can the board sit out?
  Best enjoyed within 2–4 hours.

• Can I order for the next day?
  Boards are made fresh and intended for same-day enjoyment. Quality cannot be guaranteed beyond the recommended window.

• Do you offer catering?
  Yes! Grazing tables (50 guest minimum) and event catering available.

• Do you offer corporate catering?
  Yes—perfect for offices, meetings, and events.

• Photography

  The Grazing Board may photograph completed boards and event setups for portfolio, website, and social media use. We always focus on the food and presentation rather than guests. If you prefer that photos from your event not be used, please let us know in advance and we will gladly respect your request.
