  We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice. Orders over $150 require 48 hours. Smaller orders are typically confirmed within 12 hours.

  Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

• Do you accept same-day orders?
  Sometimes! Email or text for availability—we’ll always try.

• Where do you deliver?
  We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Oak Park and River Forest. Extended delivery is available for an additional fee.

• Do you offer pickup?
  Yes! Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–6pm. Address provided after confirmation.

• What happens if I’m late?
  A $15/hour late fee applies after 1 hour, and quality may be impacted.

• What comes on a board?
  Artisan cheeses, premium meats, seasonal fruits, and accompaniments—designed to be abundant and beautiful.

• Do crackers come with it?
  Yes! All charcuterie boards receive a complementary fresh bread and cracker board.

• Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
  Yes—gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergies. Just let us know.

• Can I customize my board?
  Absolutely—themes, colors, holidays, and more.

• How long can the board sit out?
  Best enjoyed within 2–4 hours.

• Can I order for the next day?
  Boards are made fresh and intended for same-day enjoyment. Quality cannot be guaranteed beyond the recommended window.

• Do you offer catering?
  Yes! Grazing tables (50 guest minimum) and event catering available.

• Do you offer corporate catering?
  Yes—perfect for offices, meetings, and events.
