Order Cancellations: Orders are non-refundable once placed because we purchase ingredients within hours of receiving your order. Orders may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. If we can't fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Refund Timeline: When a refund applies, we'll process it to the original payment method within 30 days.

Delivery Requirements: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, you must provide a valid telephone number, and you must answer calls during the delivery window. We will not issue refunds for failed deliveries due to unanswered calls.

Serving Sizes: Serving sizes are estimated portions and may vary slightly.

Allergen Notice: Our kitchen is not nut-, soy-, dairy-, or gluten-free. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination and do not assume liability for allergens.

Price increases: Due to seasonal availability, inflation, and tariffs, prices are subject to change.
