Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of Oak Park and River Forest, IL. Deliveries outside this area are available for a $15 fee per order.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are available in Oak Park, IL. The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.
What if I am late picking up my order? … Late Pick-Up Policy
At The Grazing Board, timing matters — for both our production schedule and for food safety. All orders are prepared to be picked up at the agreed-upon time so they remain at the proper temperature and at their peak quality.
If you arrive more than one hour past your scheduled pick-up time:
Your order might be rescheduled at my convenience to ensure we comply with food-safety standards for holding and storing food.
A $15 per hour late fee will be applied. This fee covers the required steps to bring your order back to safe refrigeration temperatures.
Depending on the items ordered, this delay may affect the overall quality and presentation of your board or catered dish.
Thank you for respecting the schedule — it allows me to give every client the care, safety, and high-quality experience they deserve.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders under $100 will receive an approval within 12 hours. Orders over $150 must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. The latest time for delivery or pick-up is 6:00 PM. For same-day or next-day orders, please email us at Lisa@TheGrazingBoard.com or text me at 708-209-6779 to discuss availability. ALL of this is to ensure that I’m able to purchase the freshest ingredients for your boards and trays. Shopping and procuring the highest quality ingredients takes time.
What does the charcuterie board include?
Each board includes a selection of cured meats and /or artisanal cheeses and, depending on seasonal availability, a variety of accompaniments such as crackers, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, and olives.
How much food would you recommend per person?
That depends on several factors: will other food be served, the time of the event, and what is your comfort level for food quantity? Just enough, or do you want an abundance of everything? Give me a call, and I can recommend the best size board(s) for your event.
What is the presentation style?
Boards are delivered on eco-friendly disposable bamboo or palm leaf trays and include disposable tongs and bamboo dishes for easy serving.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, we can accommodate your specific needs on the order form. We will personally follow up to ensure all details are accurate.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely. We can tailor boards to exclude nuts, dairy, or gluten allergens. Please indicate any allergies on the order form so we can follow up and ensure your order meets your requirements.
Do you offer on-site setup or styling?
Yes, on-site setup and styling are available. Please indicate your preference for this service on the order form.
Can you make the board theme-specific?
Yes, we can customize boards for specific themes, holidays, seasons, or color palettes. Please provide notice for these requests.
Can you provide additional items, like desserts or hot appetizers?
Yes, we offer desserts, select appetizers, and small sandwiches. Please check our add-on items for more options.
Do you provide utensils, plates, or serving tools?
Yes, we can provide paper plates and napkins as add-on items.
How do you handle price increases?
Unfortunately, due to many issues outside of our control, like inflation, seasonal availability, and vendor price increases (due to US tariffs), we sometimes have to pass along that increase to our clients. Since we started business, we have never raised prices across all items, and have only done so in November of 2025 for less than four items.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are ServSafe certified and insured.
